Before joining the programme, my body and muscles often felt stiff and painful. I sought help from specialists, traditional Chinese medicine practitioner and physiotherapists but the improvement was limited.

I started training with Winnie in May 2023, at the age of 56. When I first started training, I had knee pain and lower back pain that restricted most of my movements. I had very little core strength, and I could not do most of the exercises or even stretch during my training initially.
I could not do more than 3000 steps a day, my lower back would get extremely sore, and it would continue to the next day. I could not even carry a small bag of groceries for more than a 1000 steps. My blood tests revealed that my cholesterol levels were going up over the years, to the point I would have needed medication to bring them down.
Since training with Winnie, my knee pain has disappeared. My lower back does not feel stiff anymore when I wake up in the morning. I can do even more than 10,000 steps in a day without my lower back getting sore. Now I am able to train with 7.5kg weights, and carry larger grocery bags with ease. My core strength has improved significantly.
Over the 3 years that I have been training with Winnie, my blood reports have improved significantly, the cholesterol levels have gone down to the healthy levels (without medication), and my doctor is very impressed.
I wish I had started training with Winnie sooner, but it is never too late. I am healthier, stronger and pain-free at 59 than I was when I was in my early 50’s!

I had my right hip replacement surgery in 2023, and I started training with Winnie in late December 2025. After a few months, I can really feel the difference — I feel much stronger now, and my stamina has improved a lot.
Doing 20 minutes of cardio feels much easier for me now, and when I go hiking, I notice that my endurance and strength are much better than before. My right hip movement has also become smoother and more flexible, and my overall posture has improved (改善我的体态).
Before joining, my body was stiffer and I could not do as much strengthening exercise. Now, I feel more flexible, stronger, and capable of doing more exercises than before.
Whenever I do exercises and send videos to Winnie, she is very detailed and meticulous in correcting my posture to make sure I am doing each movement correctly. She is very particular about proper form and posture during exercise, which is very important for my recovery and progress.
She is also very patient when guiding and correcting me, which has helped me build more confidence.
Winnie is very knowledgeable and understands my limitations, especially with my hip movement after surgery. She explains clearly how I can improve my mobility safely and gradually according to my condition.
Besides exercise coaching, she also shares her knowledge on nutrition, health tips, and healthy lifestyle habits through Zoom sessions, and records them for members who are unable to attend, which is very thoughtful and helpful.
I feel very grateful to have Winnie as my coach.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my 76-year-old mother, who joined Winnie’s Project 60 program. My mom underwent bilateral knee replacement surgery 7 years ago, but unfortunately she did not recover well after the operations. Her knees remained very stiff, which affected her daily movements such as long walking, squatting, and going up or down stairs. Over the years, her muscles weakened significantly and she seemed to become frailer day by day.
For her convenience, I enrolled her into Project 60 so she could exercise from home in a safer and more comfortable environment. At the beginning, my mom was doubtful and unsure whether the workouts would help. However, with Winnie’s encouragement, patience, and the consistency of practicing the exercises, she gradually feels the improvements.
The workouts have helped strengthen her body, especially her lower body muscles such as her quadriceps, hamstrings, and core. Today, she genuinely enjoys the workouts and continues to improve steadily. It is very encouraging to see her becoming stronger and more confident in her movements again.

Q: I have knee pain. Can I still join?
A: Yes. Our workouts are beginner-friendly and designed to help you move safely at your own pace. However, you should inform your coach if a certain movement increases your pain, so we could provide you with a substitution movement.
Q: What if I haven’t exercised for years?
A: That’s completely okay. Many of our members are even new to exercise.
Q: Do I need gym equipment?
A: Most workouts only require simple equipment (dumbbells / backpack) or bodyweight movements.
Q: Are the workouts live or recorded?
A: After the first onboarding phase, workouts are delivered as recorded videos for flexible training.
Q: What age group is suitable?
A: Project 60 is mainly designed for adults aged 50+, but anyone wanting gentle guided exercise is welcome.
Q: Can I train if I move slowly?
A: Absolutely. You are encouraged to go at your own comfortable pace. Pause the video to take a break if needed
